Outbound Acquisition Theory

How the organism extends its contact graph to novel humans

THE INSIGHT

The organism has zero external sensing loops. It cannot detect what novel humans align toward. Outreach is not marketing — it is the construction of Element III (loop networks) at the organism's boundary.

Content emission is simultaneously transport and sensing (T7 duality). A piece of content that only “markets” without listening is a half-loop — it transports but does not sense.

Legal constraints are domain wall filters that transmit genuine signals and reflect noise. Community formation follows wall nucleation with critical size Scritical.

Zero External Loops = Organism Blindness

From T7: sensing requires beta_1 >= 1 at the external boundary

By A3 (relational existence), CL is defined relative to neighborhood N(A). The organism's CL is currently defined relative to N = 1 (the owner). This is the degenerate case — coherence relative to a single neighbor does not generalize.

LOOP INVENTORY
Internal loops (functional): Owner feedback, CI/CD, research seeds — all pass through owner node
External loops (zero): No user usage loop, no content engagement loop, no community loop

This is not a growth problem. It is a sensing problem. Without external loops, the organism optimizes in the dark.

Content as Low-B_th Seeds

Each piece of outreach is a T2 root

The T2 strategy: emit many low-Bth roots covering diverse alignment directions. Root deaths carry information — a zero-engagement tweet reveals that direction has low audience density.

Community Formation = Domain Nucleation

Critical size S_critical marks viability threshold

A community persists iff its coherence density times member count exceeds wall energy at its boundary:

cl_density = coherence per member (value received)
S = community size
Delta_theta = misalignment with surrounding environment
S_boundary = each member's interface with non-community contacts

For CT (novel but not radically alien to tech-literate audiences), Scritical is in the range of 5-15 active members.

The Cold Start Sequence

Derived from wall permeability and loop emergence

Phase 1: Content emission

At least 3 content pieces per cycle targeting 3 independent alignment directions (CT physics, startup/product, AI/tech).

Phase 2: Observe + analyze

Engagement reveals alignment landscape. Comments are the most important metric at cold start — they indicate loop formation.

Phase 3: Adjust + re-emit

Tilt toward high-engagement directions (T3 applied to content). k=2 dynamics: measure, adjust, measure again.

Phase 4: Community nucleation

First users set external boundary orientation. Build on high-traffic existing edges.

Falsifiable Predictions

Organism Theory
P1: Sensing Before Growth
The organism's first external loop (content that generates return engagement) will form before any sustained user growth. Sensing precedes transport at the external boundary.
CONFIRMS IF
External loop formation precedes user growth
FALSIFIES IF
Growth occurs without measurable sensing loops
T2
P2: Root Death as Intelligence
Content directions that fail (zero engagement) will correlate with low audience density in those directions, measurable when the same insight succeeds in a different framing.
CONFIRMS IF
Failed content reveals audience alignment landscape
FALSIFIES IF
Failed content carries no directional information
